About the Sangha
It all began in 1966, when a small dream blossomed into a meaningful reality. The Chembur Karnataka Sangh, an association of Kannadigas registered as a charitable organization under the Society’s Registration Act and the Bombay Public Trust Act, established the Chembur Karnataka High School to serve the community and promote quality education.
Since its inception, the Sangha has remained committed to preserving cultural heritage while empowering future generations through accessible and holistic educational opportunities.

Why We Are Better
At our school, we believe in nurturing every student’s unique talents and providing an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and through extracurricular pursuits. While evaluating different educational boards is important, far more meaningful factors such as proximity to home, supportive teachers, good friendships, a healthy atmosphere, and above all, safety and security play a crucial role.

Our Future Plans
In continuation of the vision of our founder members and in sync with the present generation, Chembur Karnataka Sangha has planned the following initiatives:
Approval has already been received from the University of Mumbai to start a Law College, which will commence in the coming academic year.
Plans are underway to introduce a Degree College along with job-oriented diploma courses, enabling students to enter the corporate world well-prepared.
Recognizing that Management Education is the future, we aim to establish a full-fledged management institute offering programs leading to a Master’s Degree in Management Studies.
